Post subject:  Kicad 7 basic design rules and mechanical guide lines

Is there a site with setting a up real pcb layout, for kicad 7? No u-tube videos please.
I needed to have board outline template, with card edge fingers, and a mother
board to go with that template. 2 54 pin .1 inch spacing, card edge connectors per card.
Also design rules for two tracks between .1 inch oval shaped pads.
Mechanical guild lines would be handy for mounting nuts and bolts.
Boards are to be about 6.0 inch high, 10.5 inches wide,so trial and error design of
footprints, edge cuts and hole sizes are not a option, on boards this size.
Ben.
PS. The next few days I will be adding all parts not in the libaries,90% of the chips
used, and drawing schematics.

Kicad does not have a huge library of components, and parts are hard to find.
Where is the 6502? The CMOS version? The C64 brand of the 6502?
The only real library of parts is here. https://www.ultralibrarian.com/
Note parts are very sensitive to part number for downloading.
