Nice! Thanks, and thanks to everyone else who contributes. Every little helps. With luck we can buy a 3 year plan and get a better discount - but only if we can afford it.

Ok, so here are the prices for the renewals:
Hosting 1 year: 134.25 GBP (with VAT)
Domain 1 year: 10.99 USD

Hosting 2 years: 214.80 GBP (with VAT)
Domain 2 years: 21.98 USD

So in total for 1 year it is:
142.77 GBP or 184.12 USD
Or for two years:
231.84 GBP or 298.99 USD

So far received 7 donations with about 170 USD in total.

Sounds like we need about a dozen people to chip in - which should be possible, although of course everyone has a different situation.

I've replaced the broken pitchin with a paypal button.
It won't say how much money it got, but at least it works better.
I'll put post updates about the received sum (I'll just edit the post above).

I'm paying $60/year at Digital Ocean ($5/mo price for basic hosting service): https://www.digitalocean.com/pricing/
If we refer you, you get $10 off.

With only $100 in donations so far it does look like we need a cheaper option.

I've been happy with HawkHost, https://www.hawkhost.com/ . It looks like $5/mo for a basic package -- I use the "professional" package so I pay more. But they have a promotion on now, so maybe you could get two years.

We just got more donations.
Also I'm donating too myself, just didn't count myself in.

Yes, same place.

Thanks for the tip, Brad, that looks like a good outfit at a good price - and they've been around for a while too.

I've been looking into whats the best option, and it seems its moving time again.
I will be sorting this out during this weekend, and I'd recommend not posting on the forum until the move is completed as posts might be trapped on the old hosting.

Hurrah!

If you can see this, you're looking at the newly moved anycpu forum - all systems go!

Thanks to Dajgoro for redoing the hosting.

All seems to be well now, with the attachments and everything else. Please let us know ASAP if you notice anything odd about the forum since the move at the weekend!

Thanks again to Dajgoro for the fixup.

And of course thanks to all the donors for their generous donations! We have funds now for several years of hosting.
